Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our authentic bagpipes, custom kilts, and delivery.

01

Are your tartan kilts made from authentic wool blend fabrics?

+

Yes, all our traditional tartan kilts are expertly hand-crafted from premium acrylic-wool blends and heavyweight fabrics. They feature authentic pleats, deep folds, and genuine leather side straps for a classic finish.

02

How do natural wood bagpipes hold their tuning and pitch?

+

Our bagpipes are precision-crafted from seasoned natural woods and fitted with airtight bags and premium drone reeds. Designed for quick settling times and exceptional pitch stability outdoors.

03

Do you ship to the UK and USA, and how long does it take?

+

Yes! We offer fast, secure international shipping across the UK and USA. Standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 9 business days with full tracking information provided.

04

How do I measure myself correctly for a Scottish Kilt?

+

Kilts are worn higher up than trousers—usually around the level of your navel (belly button). Use a flexible measuring tape firmly at this height rather than relying on your standard jeans size.

05

What is your return and exchange policy?

+

If you encounter any sizing issues or defects, we offer hassle-free exchanges and returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn and in their original packaging.
